LEADERSHIP ACADEMY OVERVIEW

During the course of four individual virtual half day meetings (during COVID) spread out over the course of 12 weeks, KCAR and community leaders While learning about the inner workings of association management, advocacy, and volunteer leadership, the process and classes are built to identify KCAR's future leaders for committees, board of directors, and officers of the association.
